Buddy’s Pool & Spas is a local, family-owned Baltimore business that has been operating since 1979. The headquarters also serves as a retail store where customers can come in and speak with an expert about purchasing a pool or spa, or buy equipment and chemicals. In addition to in-store sales, Buddy’s offers at-home services for new pool construction, renovations, weekly maintenance and equipment repair.

Buddy’s Pool & Spas hired the Channel team to create a more streamlined, purposeful communications plan and help take their brand to another level. We developed a number of materials to help them gain traction including direct mail, e-newsletters, hard copy newsletters, outdoor advertising and a new website.
